Play area Rules

AGE
Soft Play and ball pit is recommended for children ages 0-5.
Mini Bounce Castle is recommended for children 0-5 years, the rest of our bouncy can be used by children up to 8 years old.

Bubble House has no age limit – open to all kids and adults.

NO FOOD AND DRINKS

No food, sweets and drink allowed in our play area.

NO MESSY, SHARPS OR STICKY OBJECTS

No face paints, markers, party poppers, colored streamers, silly string, glitter, slime or other substances are to be used either on, in or near the Soft Play equipment and Bouncy Castle area.

NO SHOES OR JANDALS OR HEELS
No shoes, high heels, jandals or any foot wear. We recommend wearing non-skid socks.

HAND WASHING
To help protect the kids and adults, we require everyone to wash their hands or use
hand sanitizer. Sanitation station will be provided on site.

NO PETS IN PLAY AREA
Due to allergy concerns and maintenance, pets are not allowed in any of the play areas.

NO ROUGH PLAY / WATER PLAY
No pushing, shoving, throwing, wrestling, horseplay or any form of rough play. No water
play or wet clothing in the play area to avoid slipping.

FOLLOW CAPACITY & WEIGHT RECOMMENDATION
Our Mini Bouncy Castle has a weight limitation of 100kg. Therefore, no more than 3 kids at any one time.Our Luxe Castle has a weight of 180kg, no more that 5 kids at any one time.

ADULT SUPERVISION
Adult supervision is a MUST at all times.

FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE RULES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAY RESULT IN FULL DEPOSIT FROM BEING RETURNED AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL FEES BASED ON SEVERITY.

Further Information Before Booking

SERVICE AREA DELIVERY & PACKDOWN

We only cater service in Auckland and an additional fee for the delivery, set up and packdown – from $70.00.
Please allow us up to 30-45mins before and after your event for set-up and pack down down. (Don’t worry, as this will not be included in your rental time).
Special instructions and other restrictions (stairs, elevators, limited parking) must be disclosed in advance before your party date to avoid any problems that could arise.

CANCELLATION

TipToe reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee. In the event of a cancellation with less than 3 weeks notice, the deposit will be forfeited. However, please note that the deposit can be used to rebook a party on another day (subject to availability).
If by any chance there will be unforeseen circumstances that can affect the date of your events, such as rain or high winds, please have an alternate indoor area prepared. We cannot set up in the rain for the safety of children and our equipment.

SAFETY MAT & SAFETY FENCE

The equipment is not to be used/removed from the confines of the safety mats. Safety mats must always be used under Ball Pool and all Soft Play items. If the safety mats nor safety fence have any cuts or holes, stains and needs to be replaced, the bond will definitely not be refundable and an additional invoice will be sent out. We will charge an additional $100.00 per piece if there is any broken or damaged fence and safety mat.

BUBBLE HOUSE

Please note that Bubble House should only be dismantled by ourselves.
For your safety, all windows must be slightly open, there must be no rough play inside the bubble house, and adult supervision is required at all times. If there are any cuts, stains, or damages, the bond will not be refunded, and an additional invoice of $600 will be sent out.

SETTING UP & WEATHER CHECK

In order for us to set perfectly at your event, please make sure the setup space is tidy and clear of clutter before our set up time.
For outdoor hire, you may want to consider a shaded spot or provide a marquee/tent just in case the weather isn’t so good. Due to the unpredictable weather we have decided to be on the safe side in setting up our Bouncy castle, Bubble House and Soft Play equipment because if it rains, it can be dangerously slippery and if the sun is out, the vinyl can get hot to touch.
Please be aware that we will never accommodate areas with sand, gravel, tanbarks, extremely dirty or uneven surface. Flat! Make sure to have flat ground for the designated area. Slopes or uneven surfaces will jeopardize our ability to safely set up. Please ensure there will be a space available to meet this requirement. Clean, flat and dry grass is ok.
Cleaning fee ( from $100) will be charged if applicable.

HYGIENE AND CLEANING PROCEDURES

Each and every component of our play spaces are sanitized after each party and wiped down prior to the next event. Each ball pit balls are properly washed before use.

BALL POOL AND PLASTIC BALLS

Please note the Ball Pool should only be dismantled by ourselves. All balls must be within the confines of the ball pool when collected. It is the responsibility of the Client to ensure that, once the Ball Pool is set up, due care and attention is given to avoid damage to the Soft Play equipment. Bond will not be refundable and additional invoice will be sent out.

BOUNCY CASTLES

Please be aware that our mini inflatable castles are only suitable for kids 5 and younger, and our bouncy castles should only be relocated by us. Each of our bounce houses has a weight limit for your safety, thus the regulations must be maintained.

Please, no children older ten years old. The bond will not be repaid and an additional invoice will be issued if there are any cuts, stains, or damages.

PAYMENTS, SECURITY BOND, AND RESERVATION

We accept payments in cash and through online banking only.
To reserve your date, we request a $200 deposit. The remaining balance for the rental of our equipment and services must be paid three days prior to your event.
We additionally retain a $250 security deposit on hand; granting it is returned to us in good, clean, undamaged condition, it will be released within 1-3 days. The extent of the additional fees will depend on the severity of any damage or unusual cleaning brought on by misuse of the equipment.

PAYMENTS, SECURITY BOND, AND RESERVATION

Our packages are priced for up to 5 hours of playtime, that means set-up and pack down is outside of this time. You do not have to use it all the time and if you wish to add the time it is $30 per additional hour and also depends on the availability.

LOST/STOLEN

If any of our equipment is lost or stolen we will charge an appropriate amount, i.e. cost of replacement and the Client will need to provide us a police statement for insurance purposes.

LIABILITY INSURANCE

We are fully licensed and insured.

RIDE-ONS (HOPPERS AND ROCKERS)

Rockers and Hoppers should be supervised closely and only 1 child should play on them at a time. Our Rockers and Hoppers must not be used as “Bumper cars” where by children deliberately run into another child’s vehicle at any time and must be used only within the soft play area. If any of our ride-ons have any cuts or damaged the bond will not be refundable and additional invoice will be sent out.
